The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular, to devices for the formation of hollow products. The purpose of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities. A device for forming hollow products comprises a punch consisting of a central rod 1 with a base and a conical side surface 2, enclosing the rod of several shaping elements in the form of sets formed by elements 3 and 4 arranged alternately in the circumferential direction. The device also contains a holder 7 mounted with the possibility of axial movement relative to the rod 1 within the limits of the pin 8. The holder has a flange 9 and a ring 10 moving along the holder. The ring 10 is pushed up by means of several tension springs 11. The springs are evenly distributed around the ring 10. The yoke is made with longitudinal grooves 12, in which the studs 13 are connected to the forming elements 4. The forming elements 3 have working lugs 14, and the forming elements 4 have working lugs 15. The forming elements 3 are connected to clip by means of studs 16. The device is attached to the press plug 17 and is intended to process a workpiece having a hollow cup-shaped portion 18 and a centering protrusion 19. The surface shape of the molded workpiece is shown by dotted lines. The original blank does not contain any recessed areas and can be obtained by conventional punching methods using a single element tool. The tool works as follows. As the press plunger moves downward, the shaping elements are introduced into the cavity of the workpiece and are deformed, after which the tool must be removed from the cavity of the resulting product. The first removal step is shown in FIG. 3 and 4. Removing the tool takes place in the locked position of the product, preventing its upward movement. When the press plunger is raised, the stud 8 rests on the edge of the groove of the base of the rod, tension of the springs 11 occurs, and the rod 1 is brought out of contact with elements 3 and 4. As a result, elements 3 are released and can deviate inside the cavity due to the fact that the ends of the studs 16 are inserted into the corresponding holes of the clip. Thus, elements 3 are derived from the product. The forming elements 4 at this stage cannot be removed from the product, since the rod 1 still remains in contact with their support surfaces 6. As the press plunger moves upwards, the springs 11 tighten even more, as the studs 13 associated with the elements 4, are moved downwardly relative to the grooves 12, moving, in turn, down the ring 7 over the ring 7, As a result, the position shown in FIG. 5. The rod 1 comes out of contact with the supporting surfaces of the elements 4. Thereafter, elements 4 are shifted inside the cavity of the product and can be removed from it. The finished product is removed from the processing position. Elements of the device take the initial position. The cycle is repeated.

Claims (5) [1] 1. Tool for forming hollow products mainly with partially an undercut surface containing a punch consisting of a central rod with a base and a conical side surface adjacent to its working end, and also covering several pillars with working surfaces for shaping the inner surface of the product with protrusions and contact areas with the rod and plots, the inner surface a reciprocal conical surface of the rod radially located relative to the rod with the possibility of movement along its axis and radial movement, as well as means for holding the forming elements in the form of a cage mounted concentrically with the rod with the possibility of moving along its axis covering the forming elements along part of their lateral outer surface having stops for limiting its axial movement, characterized in that, in order to expand technological capabilities, the forming elements you are made in the form of two sets, elements of one set are arranged in a circumferential direction with alternation with elements of another set; each of the sets is placed with the possibility of alternate movement when removed from the cavity of the product relative to the rod in the directions along and across its axis, while the elements of the kit, moved in the final stage of extraction from the cavity of the product, are installed with the possibility of placement in zones free from contact with the elements of the other kit.
